The Lithuanian University of Health Sciences in Kaunas (Lithuania) is one of the most popular MSA foreign universities to study Human Medicine and Odontology in English. Maybe this is not surprising, considering the excellent reputation the university earned in the last few years thanks to their academic standards and their practical approach to teaching. As a university that belongs to a middle category in terms of study fees, they offer an outstanding value for money.
Due to the increasing number of German-speaking applicants, the University has strengthened its cooperation with German and Austrian partners in the last months and years. Nowadays, more than eleven German universities and two Austrian Universities and medicine institutes cooperate with the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences at different levels. To the German-speaking students, this means they have more possibilities to go on a study exchange, and also cooperate in the research field during their period of study in Kaunas. For example, the University of Heidelberg offers the opportunity to go on the study exchange also independently of the Erasmus Program. It is also possible at the Ulm University.
