New Partnership Pays Off

The Success Proves Right!

Medical Studies Advisory mediates university places for medicine in Europe and cooperates, since the beginning of this year, with the Iberian College International (ICI). The ICI offers preparatory courses in the field of medicine for international students, in order to prepare for the start of their studies or for different admission exams, domestic and abroad, in Alicante, Spain. Due to the excellent reputation of the ICI, MSA took notice of the College and entered into a partnership, from which all involved have advantages. By now, MSA can ascertain that the partnership bears fruit, already after the first preparatory course with MSA-applicants – all course participants have passed the admission exam for the First Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in Prague, just a day after the completion of the Crash Course, and have thus at least one secure university place!

At many of the offered universities, MSA has an admission quota of almost 100%, e.g. at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences in Kaunas, Lithuania. The study advisers have set themselves the goal, to achieve this admission quota for all universities. In order to reach this goal, MSA counts on the “Iberian College International” with its medical pre-courses, in which the students are being optimally prepared in two different courses. On the one hand, a “Crash Course Natural Sciences” is offered, in which the basics of natural sciences, that are relevant for medical studies, are reviewed and the needed knowledge is specifically promoted. On the other hand, the ICI offers the “Intensive Course PreMed”, which lasts with its four weeks one week longer (compared with the Crash Course). The additional week includes, beyond the natural sciences biology, chemistry and physics, real anatomy classes, in cooperation with the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia and some lessons in medical English.

The ICI courses are taking place in Alicante, Spain and are coordinated with the examination dates offered by MSA and the foreign universities. The preparatory courses always take place before the admission exams, so that the MSA students can prepare themselves in Alicante. The next Crash Course is taking place from July 13^th to July 30^th, the next Intensive Course from October 19^th to November 13^th.

MSA is looking forward to further cooperation and offers all course participants, together with the ICI, a study place guarantee: if no admission exam can be mastered at the chosen universities by MSA, then the participant can repeat the course or can reclaim their money. For 2016 there are already four more courses planned.
